CATTY REPORT, Pre Tee time Jan 27th 10:00am
Here is a quick update of the last few weeks from my perspective and the secret to Scott’s pre golf warm-up routine.
“Thank Goodness this day has arrived.” I have been living with a 9 year old who robbed the candy store and didn't get caught or I married the little kid from the movie A Christmas Story who was waiting for X-MAS to arrive so he could finally get his Red Rider rifle.
When Scott came home from Q-School with a card we had a great party, tons of fun only wish you were there with us. Still, everything we knew in our world was about to change. I went to bed hoping I could handle it all. Scott had been gone nearly three weeks and that was only the beginning. I was rudely reminded that the more things change the more they stay the same. That thought occurred to me at 1:00 am when I staggered into the bathroom and landed my butt in a stone cold wet toilet. Yep, my Man was back and I can handle anything.
The weeks have gone very slowly since then. The anticipation has been excruciating for both of us, as you can only imagine. So here we are on the North Shore and it is all about to begin.
I – ME –LLBoogs, the one and only Catty even did an interview.
Yup, it’s true. Scott mysteriously left the room (out of fear) when he herd me tell the guy on the phone that I had signed up for the Catty job before I figured out that “golfers were ps” We could only imagine the headline. Whoops did I do that? Anyway I have a date with a hottie in a few minute so I gotta go, If your still wondering about the pre warm-up routine secret. It is listening to ABBA full blast on the I pod while sprawled across a very uncomfortable vintage rattan couch.. No kidding I could hear the words to Take a chance on me from across the room…
Finally lets all hope Scott has a little better luck with his Red Rider aka (golf clubs) than the Little kid in Christmas Story. That kid was very talented at getting himself out of a pickle. I’m confident that Scott can do that too should he land in a sand trap or worse. That movie did have a happy ending…I love that.. Catty…
