Puerto Vallarta, Round One

Well, I got off to a good start today, and just couldn't keep it together on the back nine.  I made 6 on both of the back-nine par 5's, missing both greens from 100 yards and that derailed a pretty good round.  I'm in a position to play well the next two days and move in the right direction.

There was a lot of improvement, in many areas.  I'm gaining some confidence and think that I'm on the right track.

Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful city and I have felt safe here.  The golf course is on a hill above the city, and has Bermuda greens.  I'm going to get them figured out tomorrow.

Ryan is learning how to read greens, and may get a chance to voice his opinion.........stay tuned.
